This role involves overseeing contractors, coordinating project activities, managing technical aspects, and representing the owner's interests. TheConstruction Project Manager plays a pivotal role in project success through comprehensive project planning, efficient coordination, vigilant cost management, diligent financial oversight, and adherence to industry standards and regulations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Project Oversight, Safety, Quality, and Technical Compliance

• Ensure contractor compliance with safety, quality, and technical standards.
• Oversee construction activities, emphasizing safety, timeliness, and compliance.
• Enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance.

2. Project Planning, Coordination, and Cost Control
