Responsibilities

• Lead and manage high rise construction projects from mobilization to turnover.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, work programs and resource plans.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, contract requirements, and engineering standards.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, government agencies, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address delays and issues.
• Manage project budget, cost control and forecasting.
• Review and approve construction methodologies and work sequences.
• Ensure quality assurance and quality control procedures are implemented.
• Oversee site safety programs and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and clients.
• Lead project teams, including engineers, supervisors, and site personnel.
• Manage project risks and resolve technical and operational challenges.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Managerwith a strong background in high rise construction projects to oversee project execution from planning through completion. Qualifications

• Minimum of10 years of experience in construction, with at least5 years as a Project Manager.
• Proven experience inhigh rise construction projects
• Strong knowledge of construction management, project controls, and contract administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
• Familiarity with National building code, local ordinances standards and specifications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
