Job summary

Suntrust Properties, Inc. is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead project delivery, ensure adherence to budgets and schedules, and enforce quality standards on site.

The role requires licensure as a Civil Engineer or Architect and proficiency in Microsoft Office, with at least five years of construction management experience.

Qualifications

• Responsible for overall management and implementation of the project to ensure it is delivered on time, within the budget and as per approved plans and specifications.
• Enforce conformance by all parties to the quality plans, policies and procedures.
• Handles over-all project scheduling and monitors the contractor's schedules to establish critical milestone dates.

• Conducts routine site inspections and ensures safety and cleanliness compliance.

Qualifications

• Preferably a Licensed Civil Engineer or Architect
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• At least five (5) years of experience in construction management
