Job summary

Talento Solution Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee the successful implementation of Auxiliary Systems/ELV projects through initiation to completion.

You will lead cross-functional teams, review specifications, supervise installations, and ensure safety and quality standards are met. This role requires ELV/MEP experience and willingness to work in San Juan City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in Auxiliary Systems/ELV or MEP projects.
• Hands-on experience with Auxiliary Systems (CCTV, FDAS, Access Control, PA, Structured Cabling).
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Willing to work in San Juan City.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and monitor Auxiliary Systems projects to ensure timely and successful completion.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Review project specifications, drawings, scope of work, and technical requirements.
• Supervise project implementation, installation, testing, commissioning, and turnover.
• Monitor project schedule, manpower, materials, equipment, and overall project costs.
• Conduct site inspections and coordinate with site teams to address technical and operational concerns.
• Ensure installations comply with approved plans, specifications, safety requirements, and quality standards.
• Prepare and review project reports, progress updates, documentation, and turnover requirements.
• Identify project risks, delays, and technical issues and coordinate appropriate solutions.
• Attend client meetings, site meetings, and project coordination meetings.

• Experience coordinating contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams
• Strong leadership, communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project documentation
• Willing to work in San Juan City
