Job summary

Equalynx Network Co is seeking a Project Coordinator – Auxiliary IT Infrastructure to assist planning, coordination, monitoring, and completion of IT infrastructure projects across CCTV, cabling, fiber, access control, and data centers.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years in related fields, MS Office proficiency, strong organizational skills, and willingness to visit sites regularly. Collaboration with the Project Manager, Technical Team, and clients is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, IT infrastructure, system integration, telecommunications, ELV, construction, or related fields preferred.
• Fresh graduates with relevant technical knowledge may be considered.
• Knowledge of auxiliary IT infrastructure and low-voltage systems is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Good organizational and documentation skills.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to conduct regular site visits.
• Able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Willing to work beyond regular hours, weekends, or holidays when required by project schedules.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing project schedules, work plans, and implementation timelines.
• Coordinate daily project activities with technical and site personnel.
• Monitor project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with clients, building administrators, contractors, and site representatives regarding project activities.
• Arrange site access, work permits, schedules, and other site requirements.
• Prepare and monitor material requirements based on project scope.
• Coordinate material requests with Purchasing and Warehouse.
• Maintain accurate and organized project records including work orders, schedules, manpower deployment, and testing reports.
• Monitor actual project accomplishments against the approved schedule and prepare progress reports.
• Assist in coordinating system testing, commissioning, and final project turnover.

About the role

The Project Coordinator – Auxiliary IT Infrastructure is responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, monitoring, and completion of auxiliary IT infrastructure projects. The position coordinates between the Project Manager, Technical Team, Site Engineers, Installers, Suppliers, Subcontractors, and Clients to ensure that project activities are completed according to approved plans, specifications, schedule, quality standards, and client requirements. The role covers projects involving CCTV, structured cabling, fiber optic, access control, network infrastructure, data center auxiliary systems, security systems, telecom infrastructure, and other related IT/low-voltage systems.

Key responsibilities
