Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Project Manager in construction to lead end-to-end project execution across the South Area, including Taguig. The role demands a licensed Electronics or Electrical engineer with strong leadership, scheduling, budgeting, and client coordination skills.

Site visits are required; you will oversee multiple projects, manage contractors and suppliers, and ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery in line with plans and company

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
• Must be PRC licensed.
• 5 years of related FDAS and Auxiliary Items experience.
• Proven project manager experience in construction.
• Strong leadership, planning and PM skills.
• Knowledgeable in scheduling, budgeting and cost control.
• Experience handling contractors, suppliers and clients.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to do site visits and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage overall project execution from start to completion.
• Prepare and monitor schedules, manpower, and resources (SWM).
• Supervise project team, contractors, and site activities.
• Ensure on-time, within-budget delivery per plans.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor progress daily/weekly.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Handle documentation, reports and progress billing (FWAR/PB).
• Identify issues, delays, and risks; implement catch-up plans.
• Manage variation orders, testing & commissioning, and close-out.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and policies.
• Lead team development, meetings, and performance monitoring.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

With 5 years related work experience in FDAS and Auxiliary Items

With proven experience as a Project Manager in construction or related industry

Strong leadership, planning, and project management skills

Knowledgeable in project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control

Experienced in handling contractors, suppliers, and client coordination

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Willing to do site visits and handle multiple projects
