Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking a Project Manager with a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering and a PRC license to lead FDAS and auxiliary item projects in the South Area, Taguig. You will manage project schedules, manpower, and resources, supervise site activities, and coordinate with clients and suppliers to ensure timely delivery within budget.

Safety and quality standards must be maintained, with regular progress reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering required.
• Must be a Registered and Licensed Electronics or Electrical (PRC licensed).
• With 5 years related work experience in FDAS and Auxiliary Items.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage overall project execution from start to completion.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, manpower, and resources (SWM).
• Supervise project team, contractors, and site activities.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to plans.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor daily and weekly progress.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Handle project documentation, reports, and progress billing (FWAR/PB).
• Identify issues, delays, and risks; implement solutions and catch-up plans.
• Manage variation orders, testing & commissioning, and project close-out.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and company policies.
• Lead team development, meetings, and performance monitoring.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
