Job summary

Electronic Security Systems Corporation (ESSCOR) is seeking a qualified Site Supervisor for ELV/security projects in Metro Manila. You will lead the site team, ensure installation works follow drawings, and report daily progress to the Project Manager.

The role requires at least 3 years in site supervision, strong knowledge of security and low-voltage systems, and coordination with technicians, subcontractors, and vendors. You will enforce QA/QC and safety standards on active construction sites.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Communications Engineering, or related technical field.
• At least 3 years of site-level project supervision or installation experience, preferably in security/ELV projects.
• Experience in installation and mounting of security devices and auxiliary systems.
• Experience coordinating with Project Engineers/Managers and working with technicians, subcontractors, vendors on active sites.
• Familiarity with site safety procedures, work permits, and quality requirements.

• Monitor daily activities and report progress to the Project Manager.
• Coordinate with client’s site representatives, consultants, and general contractors.
• Enforce QA/QC policies during installation; conduct site inspections and resolve non-compliance issues.
• Prepare and submit Daily Accomplishment Reports (DAR) and update progress photos and logs; assist in testing and punch list rectification.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Communications Engineering, or related technical field.

Experience:

• At least 3 years of experience in site-level project supervision, installation, or execution roles, preferably in security systems or ELV projects.

• Expert in installation and mounting of security devices and auxiliary systems.

• Practical experience in project execution, manpower coordination, and site activities.

• Exposure to project documentation, reporting, and coordination with Project Engineers and Project Managers.

• Experience working with technicians, subcontractors, and vendors on active construction or fit-out sites.

Technical Skills:

• Working knowledge of electronic security and low-voltage systems, including:

• Ability to read, interpret, and follow Technical drawings, layouts, and installation plans, Method statements, and site instructions

• Basic understanding of Windows OS and related applications, system configuration and IP-based systems (advantage); network switches and cabling practices (advantage)

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) for reporting and documentation

• Familiarity with site safety procedures, work permits, and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Site Management & Supervision

• Lead and manage the site team (technicians, installers, subcontractors).

• Ensure proper implementation of installation works per approved drawings and specifications.

• Monitor daily activities and report progress to the Project Manager.

2. Project Execution

• Implement the project schedule, ensuring milestone adherence.

• Coordinate the delivery and staging of materials and tools.

• Ensure all cabling, terminations, and installations meet system requirements.

3. Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate with client’s site representatives, consultants, and general contractors.

• Facilitate site meetings and walkthroughs with stakeholders.

• Relay technical concerns or required changes to the Project Engineer or Manager.

4. Quality Assurance & Safety

• Enforce quality assurance and control (QA/QC) policies during installation.

• Conduct site inspections and resolve non-compliance issues immediately.

• Promote and ensure compliance with site safety regulations and practices.

5. Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare and submit Daily Accomplishment Reports (DAR).

• Update project documentation such as progress photos, issue logs, and punch lists.

• Assist in testing, commissioning, and punch list rectification works.
