Job summary

Sunnies Inc. in Mandaluyong, Metro Manila, is seeking a Creative Project Manager to oversee planning, coordination, and execution of creative campaigns.

You will work closely with Brand and Creatives teams, guiding briefs, timelines, and delivery of assets across design, multimedia, and related functions. The role requires leading teams with strong attention to detail, strategic thinking, and excellent communication, aiming to ensure high-quality outputs that meet business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Management, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of work experience in brand, marketing, publication, or creative roles; management experience preferred.
  • Ability to direct and lead team to execute with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills required.
  • Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office and similar tools required.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Brand and Creatives teams stakeholders to translate campaign objectives and business requirements into clear, actionable creative briefs.
  • Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and success measures for creative initiatives.
  • Facilitate project kickoffs and creative briefings to ensure teams have clear direction, priorities, and expectations.
  • Review briefs for completeness and clarity before assigning work to creative teams.
  • Manage the end-to-end workflow of creative projects across Design, Multimedia and other creative functions.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, production timelines, and workload plans to ensure timely delivery of creative assets.
  • Coordinate resource allocation with Creative Team, balancing priorities and resolving scheduling conflicts.
  • Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks or bottlenecks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Oversee creative review and approval workflows, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards before presentation or release.
  • Continuously improve creative processes, project tracking, and team workflows to enhance efficiency and collaboration.
  • Serve as the primary point of coordination between Creative teams and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide regular updates on project status, timelines, risks, and resource requirements to project owners and leadership.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations by communicating project changes, priorities, and delivery schedules proactively.
  • Facilitate collaboration across departments to ensure creative solutions support broader business and marketing objectives.
  • Support Creative Team in planning team capacity, coordinating priorities, and improving project execution.
  • Establish best practices for project management, documentation, and creative operations.
  • Foster a collaborative working environment that promotes transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Support onboarding, process documentation, and knowledge sharing across the Creative organization.

From graphic to design to shoot output, the Creative Project Manager is an end-to-end contributor.

YOUR OVERALL MISSION & DAY-TO-DAY
Creative Brief Development
