Job summary

Renologist Pte Ltd is seeking a Project Manager to lead renovation project teams, drive sales inquiries, and ensure seamless delivery from confirmation to handover. You will coordinate designers, site personnel, subcontractors and suppliers while maintaining client relationships.

The role demands strong leadership, bilingual communication (English/Chinese), and an ability to balance sales with execution, in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Singapore's interior renovation or construction industry.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
• Strong sales ability with client communication, negotiation and closing.
• Knowledge of renovation site operations, materials and construction processes.
• Ability to manage both sales and project execution.
• Resourceful, adaptable and able to make quick, practical decisions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and able to handle pressure.
• Able to communicate effectively in English/Chinese.
• Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Building, Engineering, Project Management or a related field is preferred.
• Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence and own transport will be an advantage.

• Attend to sales enquiries, understand clients' requirements and propose suitable renovation solutions
• Follow up with potential clients, prepare quotations and close sales
• Manage renovation projects from confirmation through site execution, completion and handover
• Plan project schedules and coordinate designers, site personnel, subcontractors and suppliers
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, workmanship and safety compliance
• Manage project budgets, materials, manpower, variation works and timelines
• Maintain good relationships with clients and provide regular project updates
• Handle site issues, client concerns and unexpected situations promptly and professionally
• Report team performance, sales progress and project status to management
