Job summary

Urban Home Design Pte Ltd is seeking a site coordinator with a focus on interior renovation projects. The role involves coordinating on-site progress, reviewing drawings, and ensuring workmanship quality while maintaining clear communication with clients and contractors. Training is provided for fresh graduates or junior candidates.

The successful candidate will travel to project sites, work independently, and collaborate with designers to resolve on-site issues and hand over completed projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in interior renovation/construction preferred.
• Able to read drawings and take site measurements.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Responsible and able to work independently.
• Able to handle clients and contractors professionally.
• Willing to travel to project sites.
• Fresh graduate or junior training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotation and follow up on appointments.
• Coordinate and monitor renovation site progress.
• Conduct regular site visits and check workmanship.
• Coordinate contractors, suppliers and deliveries.
• Plan project schedule and ensure project schedule is followed.
• Update clients on project progress.
• Handle client feedback and complaints professionally.
• Follow up on defects and rectification works.
• Work closely with Interior Designers to resolve site issues.
• Assist with project handover.
