Job summary

• Proficient in project management software, spreadsheets and other relevant tools to plan, monitor, and report on project progress.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges.
• Proven track record in managing high-end residential construction projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills, particularly when engaging with architects and clients.
• Expertise in manpower management, scheduling, and site operations.
