A recruitment agency seeks a Project Manager to manage escalations and collaborate with teams on project deliveries. The candidate should have at least 2 years of relevant experience and skills in IT project lifecycle. This hybrid position is located in Pasig City and requires regular onsite reporting as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience as Project Manager.
• Experience controlling scope and delivering on-time.
• If you are a Certified PMP or PRINCE2 or Agile Scrum Master is a Plus.

Responsibilities

• Managing escalations, project issues, and changes.
• Collaborates with Sales, Architects, Engineers regarding the scope of work.
• Creates a baselined work plan to deliver contracted scope.

Responsibilities

• Managing escalations, project issues and changes
• Managing project milestones and sign-off process
• Collaborates effectively with Sales, Architects, Engineers to understand the contractual scope of work, the milestones, the dependencies and the customer responsibilities, the assumptions and risks associated with the defined solution, and creates a baselined work plan to implement and deliver the contracted scope of work

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of IT / Software Development project lifecycle
• At least 2 years experience as Project Manager.
• Experience in managing project team resources
• Good experience interacting with management, presenting
• Experience managing projects, controlling scope, delivering on-time / on-budget, reporting status, managing issues
• Experience in managing requirements gathering, project planning, resource planning and scheduling.
• Experience in project management tools
• Able to lead and drive discussions with the customer's business and IT teams.
• Have a good blend of Technology and Process knowledge
• If you are a Certified PMP or PRINCE2 or Agile Scrum Master is a Plus
• Managed RPA or AI or any emerging technology projects is a Plus
