Job summary

Mundo Builders Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead construction efforts on diverse sites in the Philippines, from planning through delivery.

You will oversee scope, coordinate with clients, investors, contractors and internal teams, and ensure on-time completion with quality standards. Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture, professional license preferred, and show proven construction management experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication

Responsibilities

• Prepare initial requirements for new projects when PM not onboard.
• Identify and manage project risks.
• Coordinate with clients, investors, contractors and internal teams.
• Ensure projects are completed on time.
• Define and manage project scope.
• Oversee jobsite administration and field supervision.
• Submit inspection findings and reports to Construction Director.
• Escalate urgent issues to management.
• Be available for deployment to project sites as needed.
• Work on-site, overtime, and weekends when required.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare the initial requirements of new projects when a Project Manager has not yet onboard.
• Identify and manage project risks.
• Communicate and coordinate with all stakeholders, including clients, investors, contractors and internal team members.
• Ensure projects are completed on time.
• Define and manage the project scope.
• Assist in developing and organizing project site staff.
• Coordinate on-site activities with the corporate office.
• Organize and oversee jobsite administration and field supervision.
• Handle project documentation and high-level reporting.
• Conduct random site inspections of ongoing projects.
• Submit inspection findings and reports to the Construction Director.
• Review project reports and **escalate** urgent issues to management.
• Monitor site billing submissions.
• Be available for deployment to project sites as a Project Manager whenever needed.
• Be willing to work on-site, render overtime and work on weekends when required.

Minimum Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture.
• Professional license in Engineering or Architecture is preferred.
• Proven experience in construction management.
• Strong knowledge of construction management processes, methods and practices.
• Expert understanding of construction materials, products, construction details, regulations and quality standards.
• Good understanding of the entire construction process.
• Familiarity with construction management software.Ability to plan strategically and see the “big picture.”
• Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution and crisis management skills.
• Leadership and people management abilities.
• Excellent time management and project management skills.
