Job summary

Ascendo Home Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead home lifts installation projects from initiation to completion. You will coordinate with homeowners, architects, general contractors and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery, safety and quality.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
Proficient in project management software, spreadsheets and other relevant tools to plan, monitor, and report on project progress.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges.
Proven track record in managing high-end residential construction projects.
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills, particularly when engaging with architects and clients.
Expertise in manpower management, scheduling, and site operations.

Responsibilities

Lead, plan, and manage all project phases, ensuring successful completion within scope, schedule, and budget.
Coordinate with architects, general contractors, and clients (homeowners) to align project execution with client expectations.
Develop and monitor project schedules, manpower deployment, resource allocation, and site readiness.
Proactively address and resolve on-site issues and conflicts.
Supervise and guide installers and contractors, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
Prepare and deliver regular project updates, progress reports, and outcomes to stakeholders.
Uphold a strong commitment to client satisfaction and project excellence.
