Job summary

Private Advertiser, a well-established construction company in Cebu, is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager – High-Rise Construction to lead planning, execution, and delivery of major vertical projects.

The successful candidate will own project performance from mobilization through close-out, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, consultants, schedules, costs, quality, safety, and risk management to deliver safe, on-time, and within-budget outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Licensed Civil Engineer preferred.
• 10+ years of construction experience, with at least 5 years in project management.
• Proven experience managing high-rise projects, preferably 20+ storeys.
• Strong knowledge of construction, scheduling, cost control, QA/QC, and HSE.
• Proficient in Primavera P6/MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall execution of high-rise construction projects.
• Lead project engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and consultants.
• Monitor project schedule, budget, quality, and safety.
• Coordinate structural, architectural, MEPF, façade, and finishing works.
• Manage procurement, subcontractors, variations, and project risks.
• Conduct progress meetings and provide regular reports to management/client.

About the role

A well-established construction company in Cebu is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager – High-Rise Construction to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of major vertical construction projects.

The successful candidate will take full ownership of project performance—from mobilization and structural works through architectural, MEPF, façade, finishing, testing, commissioning, and handover. This role requires a strong construction leader who can effectively manage multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, consultants, schedules, costs, quality, safety, and project risks.

We are looking for a results-driven and hands-on Project Manager with proven experience in high-rise developments, preferably 20 storeys or more, who can anticipate challenges, make sound project decisions, strengthen team performance, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
