Job summary

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
• Professional License in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels, including people-management, leadership, and both written and verbal communication skills
• At least 8 years of working experience in the related field
• Preferably experience in fit-out for Hotel, Casino, and Resort
• Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent
• Can start immediately

Responsibilities

• Set periodic targets, milestones, work plans and strategies to meet contract requirements
• Consolidate, review, analyze and monitor methodology, work plan, project budget and contract management
• Check and inspect works in progress with reference to required availability of logistics, quality and completion parameters
• Conduct regular meetings with subordinates to determine if actual works comply with agreed schedule and methodology
• Report regularly to management regarding project status and implement instructions, orders or policies
• Prepare final reports highlighting actual cost compared to original project budget
• Validate compliance to contract specifications and budget as stipulated in contract agreement
• Monitor progress of works as required by contract
• Represent the company in meetings with owner, contractors and other parties involved with the project
• Review and coordinate with designers and consultants for clarifications
