The role requires a licensed Civil Engineer with 8–10 years of leadership in large-scale construction, strong knowledge of structural methods, and willingness to be deployed to project sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Licensed Civil Engineer is required.
• Minimum 8–10 years of construction experience, preferably in high-rise or vertical projects.
• Strong experience in structural and building construction.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the overall construction of high-rise and vertical building projects
• Lead and coordinate project engineers, site personnel, subcontractors, and other project teams
• Plan and monitor project activities, schedules, manpower, materials, and equipment
• Supervise structural works, ensuring compliance with approved plans, specifications, and standards
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones and deliverables
• Review construction plans, methods, technical requirements, and project concerns
