Position Purpose:
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful completion of multiple projects within the organization. As the primary point of contact between the client, the organization, and the production team, you are accountable for maintaining clear communication, aligning expectations, and ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
You will collaborate closely with Team Leaders to manage resources, guide team execution, handle risks, and ensure that projects remain aligned with company objectives and client requirements.
Create, manage, and maintain comprehensive project plans.
Define project schedules, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery.
Ensure all project objectives align with client goals and internal business priorities.
Plan and implement projects in close coordination with the Team Leadc er.
Help define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics.
Utilize various AI tools to assist with planning, reporting, documentation, and execution of tasks to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Manage and support the project team in partnership with the Team Leader.
Lead project meetings, set expectations, and drive effective communication across all levels.
Ensure the production team clearly understands objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high execution standards.
Serve as the primary point of contact between the client, the organization, and the production team.
Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders on project status.
Present progress reports, highlight issues, and recommend solutions.
Clearly communicate project changes, adjustments, and decisions as needed.
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to approved schedules.
Identify and resolve issues, risks, and bottlenecks that may affect project delivery.
Proactively research solutions, tools, techniques, and industry best practices to help resolve challenges that may hinder project goal completion.
Implement and manage changes required to meet project outputs.
Evaluate and assess project results and provide post-project reports.
Maintain updated and organized project documentation.
Upload deliverables to cloud storage to ensure proper versioning, backup, and visibility.
Track team output and maintain proper documentation for reporting and audit purposes.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of and demonstrate proficiency in all company rules, policies, procedures, and guidelines. Employees are expected to comply with and consistently apply such policies in the performance of their duties.
Employees shall be answerable and accountable to their immediate supervisors or superiors with respect to assigned tasks, work performance, compliance with instructions, and adherence to company policies and standards.
Perform any other tasks reasonably assigned by the company that support project delivery, team effectiveness, or organizational objectives.
6 months to 1 year of project management experience in gaming, IT, or creative production.
Experience working with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, artists, animators).
Knowledgeable in project management tools (Monday.com, Asana, ClickUp, Trello).
Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Forms).
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Experience managing client deliverables and end-to-end project lifecycles.
Familiarity with creative production workflows and game development pipelines.
Project Management certification is a plus, but not required.
Critical thinking and problem-solving.
Strong decision-making and leadership abilities.

High adaptability and flexibility.
Ability to perform effectively in high-pressure and fast-paced environments.
