We are seeking a highly organized and technically proficient Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of website and software system projects. In this role, you will serve as the vital bridge between our clients and our internal development team.

You won't just be tracking deadlines; you will actively translate client business requirements into technical tasks, ensure robust beta testing protocols are executed, and manage day-to-day team sprint assignments. The ideal candidate has a solid background in programming or technical infrastructure, allowing them to communicate seamlessly with developers without losing sight of client goals and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Management & Communication

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular, transparent updates on project milestones, scope adjustments, and timelines.

• Translate complex technical concepts, limitations, or architecture into clear, business-friendly language for clients.

• Gather, analyze, and document comprehensive client requirements and scope-of-work (SOW) documents.

2. Team Coordination & Sprint Management

• Coordinate daily with developers, UI/UX designers, and QA to ensure tasks are clear, properly prioritized, and unblocked.

• Translate client feedback into precise, actionable technical tickets (e.g., in Jira, Asana, or ClickUp) with clear acceptance criteria.

• Manage internal resource allocation to ensure multiple concurrent client projects stay on schedule.

3. Quality Assurance & Beta Testing Implementation

• Establish and enforce a strict Beta Testing Framework before any website or system launch.

• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and beta releases with selected client user groups.

• Review, categorize, and prioritize bug reports and feedback originating from beta phases, ensuring critical fixes are deployed before final production release.

4. Timeline & Deliverable Tracking

• Develop, maintain, and execute detailed project timelines, Gantt charts, and milestones.

• Proactively identify project bottlenecks, scope creep, or resource constraints, and implement mitigation plans early.

Qualifications & Skills

Technical Requirements

• Programming Background: Solid, practical understanding of web and software development lifecycles. Ability to read or comfortably discuss code, APIs, databases, and server configurations with backend and frontend developers.

Professional Experience

• Experience: 1+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master explicitly handling web development, custom software systems, or mobile app projects.

• Client-Facing Roles: Demonstrated success managing external corporate client relationships and project expectations.

Soft Skills

• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You must be equally comfortable negotiating timelines with a client executive and detailing an API bottleneck with a senior developer.

• Problem-Solving: Strong critical-thinking skills with a knack for resolving technical blocks and resource conflicts under tight deadlines.

• Organization: High attention to detail with the ability to balance multiple client projects without dropping the ball on documentation or updates.
