Job summary

A dynamic game development firm in Makati is seeking a candidate for a role that involves communication management, task tracking, and project ticket organization. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related fields, with a passion for gaming and software. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and skilled in problem-solving. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; however, a background in game development is preferred. This is an onsite position with a requirement to work Monday to Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Help assist in communication to tickets and unblock if issues rises.
• Obtain, follow up and keep a tap on all task deadlines.
• Summarize possible deadline issues ahead to facilitate better scheduling and expectation.
• Assist in making sure the tasks done are following the instructions given and bug free.
• Manage project tickets to make sure they are up to date by communicating with everyone.
• Manage and organize internal info pages.
• Constantly refine effective team work pipeline, policies and tools by working with leads.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Game Development or other related field
