Job summary

Kooapps Philippines Corporation in Makati is seeking an entry-level QA and Project Management trainee to help manage project tickets, track deadlines, and ensure tasks follow instructions and stay bug-free.

Fresh graduates are welcome; you will undergo six months of QA and PM training, work Monday to Saturday onsite, and collaborate with leads to refine workflows and tools for better scheduling and delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/game development or related field.
• Open to fresh graduates; background in game development preferred.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized and efficient.
• Team player with good English communication.
• Strong problem solving and self-motivation.
• Willing to undergo 6 months of QA and Project Management training.
• Willing to work onsite in Makati, Monday to Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Summarize potential deadline issues for scheduling.
• Assist in ensuring tasks follow instructions and are bug-free.
• Manage project tickets and keep them up to date via teamwork.
• Organize internal information pages and refine team workflows.

Responsibilities

• Help assist in communication to tickets and unblock if issues rises.
• Obtain, follow up and keep a tap on all task deadlines.
• Summarize possible deadline issues ahead to facilitate better scheduling and expectation.
• Assist in making sure the tasks done are following the instructions given and bug free.
• Manage project tickets to make sure they are up to date by communicating with everyone.
• Manage and organize internal info pages.
• Constantly refine effective team work pipeline, policies and tools by working with leads.

Requirements
