Job summary

Miescor Builders Inc. in Quezon City seeks a Project Manager to lead contract negotiations and drive civil works projects including buildings, infrastructure, and industrial facilities.

You will oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting, and compliance with safety and quality targets, coordinating with procurement, site teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Licensed Civil Engineer preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant civil works experience.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Willing to work at Head Office, Satellite Offices, and project sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide managerial and technical supervision of planning, execution, monitoring and control of the project activities.
• Responsible for ensuring achievement of the Project’s SHE, Quality, Time & Cost targets.
• Directs review and implementation of budgets, detailed work schedules, work plans and manpower projections.
• Create, monitor detailed project schedule; ensure timetable objectives via meetings with procurement, resource management, logistics and stakeholders.
• Monitor and update revenues in line with project activity and create monthly revenue and schedule projection.
• Create 15th and 30th billing accomplishments and manage client approvals.
• Provide weekly accurate reports to Head Project Execution and BU Head.
• Comply with safety and health standards/regulations.
• Adhere to policies, Employee Code of Ethics & Conduct, Corporate Governance.
• Protect intellectual property and confidential information.
• Create project closeout report.

JOB SUMMARY

He is responsible in managing all contract negotiations and successfully complete the project with the goal of meeting schedule, meeting quality standards and staying within the proposed gross margin projections while maintaining good customer and vendor relationship.

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

• Preferably a Licensed Civil Engineer.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in civil works for buildings, infrastructure, industrial power plants, transmission lines, or substations.

• Proficient in project management software such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Preferably with formal training in Project Management.

• Willing to work at the Head Office, Satellite Offices, and Project Sites, as required.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
