Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the project manager and project team with project documentation and control, job cost accounting, scheduling, and construction supervision efforts. In order to be successful, this candidate should feel comfortable taking on many tasks that require various skills, and appropriately prioritizing those tasks' completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget, in alignment with client requirements and company objectives.


• Resource Management: Allocate and manage project resources effectively, including engineering staff, materials, and equipment, to ensure project milestones are met.


• Design and Engineering: Provide technical expertise in the design, development, and implementation of engineering solutions. Ensure designs comply with industry standards and regulations.


• Quality Assurance: Oversee quality control processes and procedures to guarantee that projects meet or exceed established standards.


• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues to keep projects on track.


• Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, reports, and correspondence, to ensure a clear record of project progress.


• Client Communication: Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.


• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and subcontractors, to ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.


• Licensed Civil Engineer is an advantage.


• 3 to 5 years of experience in the related field.


• Strong experience in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite


• Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices, and performance standards


• Can monitor 2 or 3 project sites simultaneously


• Efficient, well-organized, and pays attention to detail


• Pro-active and capable of multi-tasking


• Flexible to relocate within the Philippines is preferred


• Must have a driver's license and know how to drive motorcycle.
