Job summary

Harmonic System Inc. seeks a licensed Electrical Engineer with 4+ years of experience to lead and manage projects, including high-rise developments. You will oversee schedules, resources, and site communications while mentoring junior staff and coordinating with owners and subcontractors.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent written and verbal communication, and proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Word, and MS Excel. Willingness to work outside Metro Manila is essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with P.I.C to ensure schedule and billing alignment.
• Verify and resolve issues and changes (Change Orders, Site Instructions).
• Mentor junior staff and promote team development.

Qualifications

• Licensed Electrical Engineer.
• Minimum of 4 years and above experience.
• With experience in High‑rise buildings.
• Experienced in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership skills – ability to manage and build teams effectively.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Highly organized, detail‑driven and conscientious.
• Is attuned to other areas as it relates to total project: structural, mechanical, electrical, architectural and site requirements.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel, with a working knowledge of current version of AutoCAD.
• Willing to be assigned outside Metro Manila.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall project status and development.
• Manage and control issues concerning material, manpower, machinery/equipment and work schedule which may hinder the targeted accomplishments or the usual workflow.
• Serve as the focal Company representative at site, in coordination meetings and discussion of project matters with the Owner / Owner representative, other work trades and Sub‑Contractors.
• Together with the P.I.C, assure that project accomplishments were as per schedule and reconcile those accomplishments with the Owner Project Management group for billing purposes.
• Close coordination with the P.I.C to verify and resolve arising issues.
• Verify and evaluate Change Orders, Site Instructions or Method of Change given. Assuring every document is valid and within the Contract or otherwise considered as additional works.
• Serve as senior employee in mentoring younger subordinates.
