Maxblocks Construction Corp. in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of construction projects, from planning and budgeting through execution and completion.
You will ensure delivery within scope, budget, and schedule while maintaining quality and safety standards. You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, monitor site activities, and prepare progress reports for management and clients.

The Project Manager oversees the entire lifecycle of a construction project, from initial planning and budgeting through execution, monitoring, and completion. This role is responsible for ensuring that the project is delivered within the approved scope, budget, schedule, and quality standards, while maintaining effective communication, coordination, and collaboration among all stakeholders.
Lead project planning, resource allocation, execution, and overall implementation to achieve project objectives.
Manage and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
Monitor and supervise site activities to ensure compliance with approved plans, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules.
Conduct regular project meetings and prepare comprehensive progress reports for management and clients.
Ensure compliance with applicable safety standards, quality requirements, company policies, and contractual obligations.
Prepare and validate weekly work plans, ensuring alignment and coordination of project scope, scheduled targets, work methodologies, sequencing, safety requirements, materials, manpower, equipment, tools, and required permits.
Conduct quality inspections and prepare Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) for identified deficiencies, ensuring appropriate corrective actions are implemented.
Prepare on-site estimates and monitor project schedules based on actual site conditions, including daily, weekly, and monthly assessments.
Provide technical support and recommendations on site and assist in resolving construction-related issues and challenges.
Ensure all project activities are executed in accordance with approved plans, company policies, safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual requirements.
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
Civil Engineering License is required.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling and team leadership.
Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, Planswift, Sketchup, Autocad).
Strong knowledge of project management principles and construction processes.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks.
Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to identify and resolve problems efficiently, even under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Demonstrated leadership and sound decision-making skills, with the ability to take initiative and lead effectively.
