Lindenrock Builders, Inc. is seeking a seasoned construction leader to plan, manage, and oversee complex projects from start to turnover. You will monitor schedules, costs, quality, manpower, materials, and equipment while supervising site teams and subcontractors.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 5 years of supervisory construction experience. Proficiency in MS Office and understanding of plans (AutoCAD a plus) are essential.

Plan, manage, and oversee construction activities from project start to completion and turnover. Monitor project schedule, cost, quality, manpower, materials, and equipment. Supervise and coordinate Project In-charge, Site Engineers, Foremen, subcontractors, and site personnel.

Ensure construction works are completed according to approved plans, specifications, and company standards
Coordinate with Procurement to ensure timely availability of materials, tools, and equipment
Monitor project progress and take corrective action to address delays, deficiencies, and site issues
Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and construction requirements
Review and monitor project costs, change orders, and additional works
Conduct regular site inspections and project meetings
Prepare and submit project progress and status reports to Management
About you
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
Preferably a Licensed Civil Engineer or Architect
At least 5 years of relevant construction experience, with experience in a supervisory or managerial position
Strong knowledge of construction methods, project management, scheduling, cost control, and quality management
Experienced in managing multiple projects, site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
Able to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP plans
Proficient in MS Office and construction/project management software; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage
Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Organized, results-oriented, and able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
Willing to conduct regular site visits and travel as required
