Job summary

Projection X Event Management Services OPC seeks an experienced Exhibit Project Manager to lead end-to-end exhibit projects from planning to completion, coordinating with clients, designers, suppliers and event organizers. The role is on-site with potential travel and demanding deadlines.

You will oversee fabrication, installation, ingress/egress, event operations and dismantling, ensure on-site execution aligns with designs and client specs, and manage budgets and schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3–5 years' experience in exhibit or project management.
• Strong knowledge of exhibit fabrication, installation, and operations.
• Excellent coordination and leadership abilities.
• Willing to work on-site, weekends, and travel as required.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, Events Management, or related field


• At least 3–5 years of experience in exhibit, events, fabrication, or project management


• Strong knowledge of exhibit fabrication, installation, ingress/egress, and event operations


• Excellent project coordination and leadership skills


• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines


• Strong communication and problem-solving skills


• Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools


• Willing to work on-site, including weekends, holidays, and extended hours when required by events


• Willing to travel for projects when necessary
