Job summary

Projection X Event Management Services OPC seeks an experienced Exhibit Project Manager to lead end-to-end exhibit projects from planning to completion, coordinating with clients, designers, suppliers and event organizers. The role is on-site with potential travel and demanding deadlines.

You will oversee fabrication, installation, ingress/egress, event operations and dismantling, ensure on-site execution aligns with designs and client specs, and manage budgets and schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3–5 years' experience in exhibit or project management.
• Strong knowledge of exhibit fabrication, installation, and operations.
• Excellent coordination and leadership abilities.
• Willing to work on-site, weekends, and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage exhibit projects from planning to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, designers, suppliers, contractors, and event organizers.
• Prepare and monitor project timelines, budgets, manpower, and resources.
• Oversee fabrication, installation, ingress, operations, and dismantling.
• Ensure exhibit designs and requirements are executed on-site.
• Conduct regular project inspections and quality checks.
• Monitor costs and minimize wastage.
• Resolve on-site issues with immediate solutions.
• Ensure compliance with venue rules, safety, and client specs.
• Prepare project reports, documentation, and post-event evaluation.
