INFINNUM, INC. is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead planning, coordination, governance, and delivery of client engagements across our practice units in the Philippines.
This cross-functional role collaborates with project leads and technical specialists to ensure on-time, in-scope, and economically sound outcomes. We are looking for a highly driven Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, governance, and delivery of client engagements across the Firm’s various Practice Units.
This is a cross-functional role that works beyond a single department. You will collaborate closely with Project Leads and technical specialists to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with approved project economics.
While Project Leads are responsible for the technical quality and methodology, you will own the execution discipline, project structure, and delivery management.
This role is ideal for someone experienced in managing multiple consulting engagements, coordinating diverse teams, and engaging clients in a professional services, advisory, or consulting environment.
Act as the primary project management contact for assigned client engagements
Lead project kickoff, status meetings, and steering committee sessions
Establish project governance, communication plans, timelines, and escalation procedures
Manage client expectations on scope, deliverables, timelines, and dependencies
Prepare and present clear project status reports
Track approvals, decisions, risks, and outstanding requirements
Proactively identify and elevate project risks and client concerns
Monitor client satisfaction and engagement health
Identify opportunities for additional client support and coordinate with Business Development
Translate approved proposals into detailed project plans
Develop and maintain integrated project schedules across multiple workstreams
Monitor milestones, deliverables, timelines, and resource utilization
Maintain risk, issue, action, and decision logs
Track project budgets, utilization, and margin risks
Support billing readiness by ensuring proper documentation and approvals
Implement scope management and change control processes
Coordinate cross-functional dependencies and resolve bottlenecks
Ensure compliance with internal project management standards
Lead project closure activities, including lessons learned and evaluation
Coordinate staffing with Practice Unit Heads and Project Leads
Align resources based on skills, availability, and project requirements
Define clear responsibilities, deadlines, and accountability within the team
Facilitate team meetings and monitor task completion
Promote collaboration across different Practice Units
Identify and elevate resource conflicts and capacity issues
Provide structured performance feedback to leaders
Coach team members on project management best practices
Lead retrospectives and knowledge-sharing initiatives
Bachelor’s degree in any of the following or related fields:
Accountancy
Finance
Business Administration / Management
Industrial or Management Engineering
Information Systems / Information Technology
Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
5–8 years of relevant professional experience
At least 2–3 years managing projects or consulting engagements
Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously
Strong background in cross-functional team coordination
Proven client-facing and stakeholder management experience
Accounting or management consulting
Professional services or advisory
Audit (internal or external)
Business process consulting or transformation
ERP implementation
Shared services or BPO
Financial planning & analysis (FP&A)
Internal controls and risk management
Systems or organizational transformation
Project Management Professional (*PMP**)
Certified Associate in Project Management (*CAPM**)
Agile / Scrum Certification
Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or equivalent)
Additional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or CIA are advantageous but not required.
