Job summary

China First Highway Engineering Company Limited in the Philippines seeks a Licensed Civil Engineer with at least seven years of project management experience to lead earthworks, slope protection walls, culverts, dewatering, and river diversions for Nueva Ecija projects.

The ideal candidate will plan execution, monitor schedules, manage the budget, ensure health and safety compliance, and coordinate with clients, consultants, and authorities to deliver within contract requirements.

Qualifications

• Licensed Civil Engineer with PRC license and 7+ years as Project Manager.
• Experience in Water Impounding or Irrigation projects is a MUST.
• Strong knowledge of construction management, project controls, and contract administration.
• Proficient in project scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera P6) and AutoCAD.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage overall earthworks and hauling, slope protection walls, box culverts, dewatering, and river diversions.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, contract requirements, and engineering standards.
• Develop project execution plans and construction schedules.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Lead project teams, including engineers, supervisors, and site personnel.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, government agencies, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Manage project risks and resolve technical and operational challenges.
• Ensure that the project is well within the allocated budget.
• Prepare progress billing, variation orders, and correspondence to the client.
• Oversee site safety programs and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Ensure compliance with project specifications, contract requirements, and engineering standards
• Develop project execution plans and construction schedules
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed
• Lead project teams, including engineers, supervisors, and site personnel
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, government agencies, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Manage project risks and resolve technical and operational challenges

About you

• Familiarity with NIA project specifications is an advantage
• Willing to be assigned in Nueva Ecija
