Job summary

Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end construction projects, including new branches, renovations, and relocations, from planning through turnover.

You will manage timelines, budgets, and quality while coordinating architects, engineers, and contractors across fast-paced environments. The role requires a strong track record in design and construction management, with proficiency in MS Project and AutoCAD, and ability to lead

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in design, construction, and project management; preferably a licensed Architect with experience in retail, commercial, or fast-paced construction projects.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Project Management from initial planning to turnover for branch construction, renovations, and relocations.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgets, quality standards, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
• Lead architects, engineers, contractors, and project personnel; monitor performance and coordinate activities.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, contractors, suppliers to address requirements and resolve issues.

Job description

• End-to-End Project Management – Lead construction projects from initial planning and design through construction, completion, and turnover, including new branch construction, renovations, and relocations.
• Project Planning & Execution – Oversee project timelines, budgets, construction activities, quality standards, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and according to approved requirements.
• Team & Manpower Management – Lead and manage architects, engineers, contractors, and other project personnel; assign responsibilities, monitor performance, and ensure effective coordination throughout the project.
• Stakeholder Management – Manage and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, contractors, suppliers, and other partners to address project requirements, resolve issues, and ensure smooth project implementation.

What Makes You A Great Fit:

• Experience & Education: Minimum 10 years of experience in design, construction, and project management; preferably a licensed Architect with experience in retail, commercial, or fast-paced construction projects.
• Project Management Skills: Strong leadership skills with expertise in project planning, scheduling, execution, budgeting, cost control, contractor management, and stakeholder coordination. Capable of managing multiple projects and leading remote teams.
• Technical & Interpersonal Skills: Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, or similar project management/design tools, with excellent communication, coordination, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
