Job summary

Phensa Engineering seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead engineering projects across feasibility studies, FEED, and detailed design in oil & gas and industrial sectors. You will define scope, schedule, budget, and execution strategy; coordinate multidisciplinary teams; monitor progress; and ensure safety, quality, and compliance while interfacing with clients and stakeholders.

The role requires strong leadership, cost control expertise, and hands-on oversight of estimation, design

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or operations management.
• Experience in oil & gas, marine, or industrial projects.
• Experience in project estimation, FEED, and detailed engineering execution.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Knowledge of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, schedule, budget, and execution strategy.
• Prepare and review man-hour estimates, cost estimates, and resource plans.
• Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams and coordinate project activities.
• Monitor progress against schedule, budget, and targets.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, safety, and industry standards.
• Oversee design quality and conduct technical reviews.
• Interface with clients and stakeholders.
• Manage risks, RFIs, and design changes.
• Support procurement, construction, and project execution phases.
• Drive continuous improvement and capture lessons learned.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team.The role involves leading engineering projects across feasibility studies, FEED, and detailed design phases within the Oil & Gas and Industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, schedule, budget, and execution strategy
• Prepare and review engineering man-hour estimates, project cost estimates, and resource plans following project award
• Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams and coordinate project activities.
• Monitor project progress against schedule, budget, and estimation targets
• Ensure compliance with contractual, safety, and industry standards
• Oversee engineering design quality and conduct technical reviews
• Act as the primary interface with clients and stakeholders
• Manage project risks, technical queries, and design changes effectively
• Support procurement, construction, and project execution phases
• Drive continuous improvement and capture lessons learned

Requirements

• B.E/B.Tech/BBA(Operations)/MBA(Operations)/M.E/ M.Tech(Preferred)

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with AutoCAD, PDMS/E3D, Aspen HYSYS, STAAD
