Job Summary
The Facilities and Projects Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, safety, and operational efficiency of company facilities while managing facility-related projects from planning to completion. The role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, effective asset management, and timely delivery of projects within budget.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Licensed Engineer (PRC) is preferred.
With at least 3-5 years of experience in project management, construction, engineering, or facilities management
Experience in construction, renovation, or engineering projects is preferred.
Knowledgeable in project planning, budgeting, scheduling, cost control, and technical documentation.
Able to coordinate and supervise contractors, suppliers, consultants, and project teams.
Proficient in MS Office; AutoCAD and project management software experience is an advantage.
Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
Willing to conduct site inspections and monitor project implementation.
Hospital/healthcare facility project experience is an advantage.
