Job summary

Testech, Inc. is seeking a seasoned facilities and project manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee infrastructure programs from planning through completion.

You will ensure projects meet defined budgets, timelines, quality standards, and safety requirements, coordinating with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders. The role requires strong leadership, risk management, and hands-on coordination across design reviews, regulatory compliance, and commissioning to deliver assets aligned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical), Architecture, Facilities Management, or a related field
• 5–10+ years of experience in facilities, construction, or project management
• Strong knowledge of facilities management and building operations
• Knowledge of building codes, permits, HSE, and regulatory compliance
• Experience in vendor and contract management
• Strong project planning, coordination, and organizational skills
• Preferred certifications: FMP, CFM, or PMP

Responsibilities

• Develop project scope, timelines, budgets, and risk management plans
• Oversee design reviews, permits, and regulatory compliance
• Manage contractors, vendors, RFQs/RFPs, and change orders
• Monitor project costs, schedules, and KPIs and provide regular updates to leadership
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards, building codes, and quality requirements
• Lead commissioning, punch lists, and project handover to operations
• Support preventive maintenance and asset lifecycle planning
