Job summary

Fredmark Builder Global Corporation in the Philippines seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects from start to finish. You will plan resources, manage budgets, monitor progress, and report status to stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.

Responsibilities include coordinating engineers, architects, contractors and vendors, ensuring safety and quality standards, controlling time and cost, and preparing internal and external reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
• Engineering or Architecture degree required; license preferred.
• Willing to be assigned in CLARK (PAMPANGA) or NEW CLARK CITY (BAMBAN, TARLAC).

Responsibilities

• Plans and coordinates all aspects of construction process, including hiring of contractors and working with engineers, architects and vendors.
• Oversees and directing construction projects from conception to completion
• Reviews project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
• Coordinates and directs construction foreman, workers, and subcontractors
• Selects tools, materials, equipment, and tracks inventory
• Meets contractual conditions of performance
• Reviews work progress on a daily basis and prepares internal and external reports pertaining to job status
• Documents and monitors staff performance and productivity
• Prepares and submits project reports
• Plans and determines needed resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) from start to finish
• Checks and monitors type of materials and specs are use accordingly
• Controls time, cost, and quality of every project
• Participates in the budget and costing phase of the project and reviews to manage budget and cost
• Initiates measures and means on how to effectively and efficiently controls the entire operations
• Oversees all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
• Negotiates terms of agreements, draft contracts, and obtains permits and licenses
• Works on achieving quality construction standards and compliance to proper construction procedures and techniques
• Adheres to all health and safety standards and reports issues

Experience:

• Project Management: 5 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Engineering / Architecture License (Preferred)
