Job summary

Design Coordinates, Inc. in the Philippines seeks a licensed Civil Engineer with 15+ years of experience, including 10–15 years as Project Manager in infrastructure construction management, to lead complex projects.

The ideal candidate will drive value engineering, contract administration, QA/QC, and design reviews, with strong English and Filipino communication and proven stakeholder leadership; willing to work at Clark, Pampanga.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Civil Engineer with at least 15 years of experience.
