• Proven track record managing large-scale projects on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational abilities.
• Solid knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Financial and budget management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Commitment to safety and quality with minimal rework.
• Willingness to stay in Tarlac for project assignments.

Job Summary:

The Project Manager is responsible for overall planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of construction projects. This role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning & Strategy

• Lead project planning, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation

• Develop project execution plans and construction schedules

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants

2. Project Execution & Management

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities on-site

• Ensure compliance with design specifications and standards
