• Bachelor's degree in related business field required.
• 3-4 years experience in real estate (Business/Project Development, permits, or market research).
• Experience assisting leads/managers in land acquisition.
• Proficient in MS Office; strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate Management/Business Administration/Economics/Accountancy, or any business related course.
• With at least 3-4 years of work experience in the real estate industry preferably in the Business Development, Project Development, Externals/Permits, or Market Research Department
• With at least experience in assisting leads / managers in land acquisition.
• Knowledgeable in real estate policies and standard practices.
• Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications
• Strong analytical and negotioation skills
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
