Job Title: Landbanking Manager

Job Summary:

Landbanking Manager is responsible for overseeing the company's landbanking activities, property acquisition, sales and negotiations with brokers, buyers, sellers and government agencies; manages on-site activities such as construction or improvements; supports marketing initiatives requiring creativity and strategic execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement land acquisition strategies in line with the company’s growth and development plans.
• Identify and evaluate potential land sites through market research, site visits, and feasibility assessments.
• Conduct due diligence, including title verification, zoning compliance, and environmental assessment.
• Negotiate purchase terms, pricing, and conditions with landowners, brokers, and agents.
• Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Legal, Finance, Engineering, and Business Development) for land evaluation and acquisition processes.
• Prepare business cases, financial analyses, and management reports for proposed acquisitions.
• Maintain and update the company’s landbank inventory and ensure proper documentation and filing of land titles, deeds, and related papers.
• Build and sustain relationships with landowners, local government units, and regulatory bodies.
• Monitor land use trends, real estate market developments, and government land policies.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise the landbanking team to ensure performance objectives are met.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Economics, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• At least 4-6 years of experience in land acquisition, property development, or real estate management.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and project management skills.
