About the job Land Management Supervisor

This is a full-time on-site role for a Land Developer. The Land Management Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the development of land for various construction projects. The day-to-day tasks include surveying and evaluating land, preparing reports, designing land-use plans, obtaining necessary permits and approvals, and managing construction projects.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks independently with minimum supervision and prioritize work in a deadline-intensive environment while continuing to provide highly responsive and diligent service/output
• English can be used as the working language but can speak and write with Mandarin or fookien
