Job summary

PHirst Park Homes by Century Properties Group, Inc. in Bacolod seeks a driven team member to support the Business and Project Development Manager in acquiring properties. You will assist in evaluating potential sites and coordinating with internal teams to move opportunities forward.

The role involves preparing feasibility studies for residential developments and maintaining the land offers database, ensuring accurate records and timely updates to inform decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management/Business Administration/Economics/Accountancy or any business-related course.
• 1+ year work experience in real estate preferred in business development, project development, externals/permits, or market research.
• Experience assisting leads/managers in land acquisition is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Business and Project Development Manager in acquiring properties.

Job Requirements

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate Management/Business Administration/Economics/Accountancy, or any business related course.
• With at least 1 year of work experience in the real estate industry preferably in the Business Development, Project Development, Externals/Permits, or Market Research Department
• With at least experience in assisting leads / managers in land acquisition.
• Knowledgeable in real estate policies and standard practices.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
