Job summary

SM Supermalls is seeking an ICT professional to implement strategic IBS, WiFi and telecom activities across malls, ensuring accurate documentation and timely support for internal and external customers.

You will prepare ANs for IBS, telco rooms, and outdoor panels, set kickoff meetings with construction teams, inspect sites, monitor mall wifi and mobile signals, and assist new malls with tenant installations while driving reliable connectivity.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in ICT/telecom projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ANs for IBS, telco room, conduit rental, and outdoor panel colocation
• Recommend approval of IBS Design and Mall Wifi
• Set kickoff meeting with EDD construction, telco, and mall operations prior to mobilization
• Conduct site inspection to identify dependencies and ensure timelines
• Ensure mobile, wifi and telephone signals are activated 30 days before opening
• Attend and submit reports for steercomm meetings
• Ensure telco rooms, CEF, and permanent power are constructed and provided
• Monitor mall wifi connectivity and mobile signal regularly
• Elevate weak signal issues and secure solutions
• Assist new malls with tenants' telephone and broadband installations
• Simplify complex segments of telco installations

Job Purpose

To implement activities set forth in strategic directions and/or ICT road map and ensure support and assistance to internal and external customers are consistent, timely and resolved. Ensure complete documentation of IBS, equipment ,outdoor antenna installed inside SM buildings, including affiliates – SMDC, SMX, hotels.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ANs for IBS, telco room, conduit rental, and outdoor panel colocation
• Recommend approval of IBS Design and Mall Wifi
• Set kickoff meeting with EDD construction, telco, and mall operations prior to mobilization
• Conduct site inspection to ensure dependencies are identified and settled and activities set are within timelines
• Ensure that signal for mobile and wifi and telephones are activated 30 days prior to opening
• Attend and submit reports for steercomm meeting
• Ensure that telco rooms, CEF, and permanent power are constructed and provided
• Conduct regular monitoring of mall wifi connectivity and mobile signal
• Elevate complaints of weak signal, dead spot areas, and telephone service disruption in operating malls, and secure solutions
• Assist new malls with tenants' telephone and broadband installations
• Simplify complex segments of telco installations
