Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced telecom operations leader to drive revenue growth through resilient infrastructure for malls, hotels, and affiliates in the Philippines. The role oversees telco partnerships, project execution, and network readiness to ensure seamless service at openings.

The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of managerial telecom experience, strong knowledge of networks, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, and ICT strategy, plus excellent leadership and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years managerial experience in telecommunications.
• Strong knowledge of networks, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, and ICT systems administration.
• Experience in project management, vendor management, and ICT strategy development.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willing to work in MOA Square, Pasay City.

Responsibilities

• Develop revenue growth strategies and identify new opportunities through telecom infrastructure.
• Drive revenue enhancement initiatives, including events-related programs.
• Manage relationships with telecom providers and coordinate projects across malls and affiliated properties.
• Align stakeholder requirements and facilitate smooth project execution.
• Review and endorse IBS and Mall Wi-Fi projects.
• Lead project kick-off meetings, site inspections, and implementation monitoring.
• Ensure telecom services are operational before project openings.
• Track project progress, telco facilities, and infrastructure readiness.
• Evaluate mobile service proposals and oversee contract implementation.
• Coordinate the relocation or removal of telecom infrastructure during construction while minimizing project costs.

Job Purpose

To provide resilient, future-proof telco infrastructure that can ensure strong and stable connectivity/signal inside SM Malls, Hotels, and Subsidiaries and Affiliates; To grow and sustain revenue generated from telco infrastructure; To execute approved strategic directions; To ensure smooth flow of coordination and assistance between telcos, malls, and S&As.
