Job summary

SM Supermalls in Manila region seeks a licensed electronics engineer to lead telecom integration across strategic ICT initiatives in MOA Square, Pasay. You will prepare infra requests, coordinate with contractors, and ensure telecom services are ready ahead of mall openings.

The role requires hands-on installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of telephone lines and telecom systems, plus strong PMO skills to manage projects and ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in the telecommunications industry.
• Experience in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of telephone lines and telecom systems.
• Licensed Electronics Engineer.
• Strong foundation in project management or PMO functions.
• Willing to work in MOA Square, Pasay City.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ANs for IBS, telco room, conduit rental, and outdoor panel colocation.
• Recommend approval of IBS Design and Mall Wifi.
• Set kickoff meeting with EDD construction, telco, and mall operations prior to mobilization.
• Conduct site inspections to identify dependencies and ensure timelines.
• Ensure mobile and wifi and telephones are activated 30 days before opening.
• Attend and submit reports for steercomm meetings.
• Ensure telco rooms, CEF, and permanent power are constructed and provided.
• Monitor mall wifi connectivity and mobile signal.
• Elevate weak signal, dead spots, and telephone service disruption with solutions.
• Assist new malls with tenants' telephone and broadband installations.
• Simplify complex segments of telco installations.
