CIBI Information Inc. seeks a Project Management Lead to oversee planning, execution, and delivery of initiatives across the Business Operations Department in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects focused on process improvement, standardization, and automation
• Work with the VP-Head for Business Operations to analyze current workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization
• Identify opportunities for automating solutions using appropriate tools and technologies and either working internally or sourcing of appropriate vendors
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to map, redesign, and streamline business processes
• Develop process documentation, SOPs, and governance frameworks
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations
• Communicate project status/updates, issues, and results to stakeholders and leadership
• Track and report on key metrics such as efficiency gains, cost savings, and cycle time reduction
• Lead the roll out of new implementations, automations, process improvements/enhancements to respective teams or departments
• Support change management and adoption of new processes and tools
• Ensure alignment of automation initiatives with business goals and compliance requirements while optimizing available resource allocation
• Continuously evaluate emerging tools and technologies to enhance automation capabilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

The Project Management Lead will oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects across the Business Operations Department, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving efficiency through effective project governance, best practices, and continuous improvement.

A key focus of this role is to lead process optimization and workflow automation initiatives across all products within Business Operations. The role will identify operational inefficiencies, design scalable solutions, and lead implementation efforts that reduce manual work, streamline workflows, and improve overall productivity and operational performance.

The ideal candidate will be a strong project leader with a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to translate operational challenges into practical, scalable solutions.
