• Experienced in implementing Loan Origination Loan Management in financial institutions.
• Identify and monitor risks and issues associated with the program; work with teams to develop solution options.
• Provide comprehensive reports on program progress, challenges, and achievements to senior management and governance forums.
• Facilitate training and change management to ensure smooth adoption of the new core banking system by all users.

Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between IT, business units, executive management, and external vendors. Ensure clear communication, manage expectations, and build strong relationships
• Experienced in implementing Loan Origination Loan Management in financial institutions
• Identify and monitor risks and issues risks associated with the program and taking corrective measures including working with teams to develop solution options
• Provide comprehensive reports on program progress, challenges, and achievements to senior management and other key stakeholders as well as to governance forums
• Facilitate training and change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of the new core banking system by all users

Minimum Qualification Requirements

• Bachelor's degree relevant to the job
• 15+ years of relevant experience
• Over 8 years of experience in IT development and/or solution delivery for financial services
• Experienced in implementing Cash Management solution/s in financial institutions
• Deep technology background with good understanding of SW and Vendor landscapes
• Have led a team of minimum 5 composed of developers/analyst/project and/or delivery managers leading to a successful deployment of projects of more than 6 months' duration
• Worked with multi-3rd party vendor arrangements and has the ability to shape up and manage the statement of work up to delivery
