Job summary

The Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) is seeking a Project Officer to facilitate, oversee, and monitor technology-driven initiatives in accordance with the SDLC. You will liaise between Information Systems Group (ISG) and Business units to ensure goals are clearly defined, communicated, and implemented.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information and Communication Technology, Management, Engineering, or Computer Science.
• At least 2 years of experience in handling technology-based projects.
• Skills: Project management, system analysis, business analysis and supervisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates and monitor key project scope, tasks, documentation, timeline and issues in coordination with EPM and IT Project Manager.
• Assist the EPM in preparing the project closure and PVRR to assess results vs declared benefits.
• Recommends changes in policies, procedures and/or organization for process improvements.
• Supervises Project Support Staff to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Provides personnel planning by establishing evaluation criteria, training, and career path.
• Acts as primary liaison for all technology-related requests and plans between ISG and Business units.
