Qualifications

• Proficiency in construction monitoring and project management software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing proposals, plans and specs to define objectives and phases.
• Assigning personnel to tasks and coordinating teams.
• Preparing cost estimates, BOMs, and monitoring budgets.
• Conducting inspections, surveys and tests to ensure standards.
• Monitoring progress, resolving issues, and reporting to management.
• Enforcing safety, quality control, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinating with subcontractors, engineers and stakeholders for timely decisions.
