Job summary

Don Lee Builders, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project-In-Charge to oversee planning, execution, and completion of construction projects. The role ensures work is completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.

The candidate should hold a Civil Engineering or Architecture degree with 3–5 years of relevant experience and strong leadership and problem-solving skills for effective coordination across teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture required.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience as Project-In-Charge or in construction.
• Strong knowledge of contract management, cost control, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans including work breakdown structures and schedules.
• Ensure availability and proper utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Monitor progress to meet budget and schedule targets.
• Ensure compliance with standards, specs, and quality benchmarks.
• Identify risks and implement contingency plans.
• Implement quality control procedures and conduct site inspections.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards on-site.
